Our Story

From technical consulting to advanced cable manufacturing – we have been growing for over 40 years, building our business on quality, expertise, and experience.

We began operations in 1982 as a consulting and service company supporting the cable industry. It was technical advisory and close cooperation with the sector that laid a solid foundation for our further development. Over the years, the knowledge and experience we gained enabled us to gradually build the position of an independent manufacturer, now operating with modern technological infrastructure and a strong market presence.

From Consulting to Manufacturing

In 1986, we launched a production facility in Szreńsk near Mława, where the first cable of our brand was manufactured. The plant in Szreńsk remains our main operational center to this day. Over nearly four decades of production, we have built a stable technological base that allows us to deliver both standard and customized projects.

The year 1992 brought an important change – the transformation into a Joint-Stock Company with entirely Polish capital. This enabled us to independently define our development direction and make flexible investment decisions. Such an organizational structure supports fast decision-making and allows us to respond flexibly to market needs.

Investments That Changed the Scale of Our Operations

In 1998, we implemented the ISO 9001 quality management system, which was complemented in 2013 by the ISO 14001 environmental management system. Both certifications cover key processes – from design and production to delivery. This reflects our consistent approach to quality and environmental responsibility. External audits regularly confirm our compliance with international standards.

The years 2015–2016 marked a period of intensive expansion. A fourfold increase in the plant’s area, modernization of technological lines, and implementation of modern production control systems significantly expanded our operational capabilities. Thanks to these investments, we were able not only to broaden our product range but also to shorten delivery times and raise quality standards. We are currently planning further development stages aimed at increasing production capacity and expanding our operations.

Awards and Distinctions

Over more than four decades of operation, we have been repeatedly recognized for efficiency, reliability, and product quality. The Business Centre Club awarded us the title of “Leader of Polish Business”, and our presence in the “Business Gazelles” ranking confirms our stable growth and strong financial condition.

In 1998, we received our first Golden Statuette of the “Leader of Polish Business”, and in subsequent years we were awarded 18 Diamonds for consistent results and growth. In 2024 we received the Platinum Statuette, and in 2025 and 2026 – the Diamond to this award.

We have also been repeatedly included in the prestigious “Forbes Diamonds” ranking, which recognizes the most dynamically developing companies. For the innovation and quality of our products, we have also been awarded the European Medal multiple times by the Business Centre Club – a distinction granted to companies meeting the highest standards.
