Conflict Minerals Policy of TECHNOKABEL SA

TECHNOKABEL SA, as a manufacturer of cables for a wide range of applications, conducts its operations with the highest respect for ethical standards and corporate responsibility. We are fully committed to ensuring that all raw materials and components used in our production processes are sourced exclusively from reliable and verified suppliers — not associated with regions under international sanctions, affected by armed conflict, or known for systematic violations of international law, including human rights.

In the manufacturing process of certain cable types, we use copper wires coated with tin — a raw material classified as a “conflict mineral” under Regulation (EU) No. 2017/821. To ensure compliance with the above principles throughout our supply chain, TECHNOKABEL SA requires suppliers of tinned copper wires to provide formal declarations confirming the origin of the tin used for coating.

Based on the information provided by our suppliers, TECHNOKABEL SA prepares a Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT), which documents the origin of tin used in the production of our cables. This report is made available to customers upon request.

TECHNOKABEL SA affirms that it will not engage in cooperation with any suppliers of materials or components whose business practices are found to be inconsistent with this policy.
