Control Cables HSLCH 0.6/1 kV
Control and power cables from the HSLCH 0.6/1 kV family (variants HSLCH-JZ, HSLCH-OZ, HSLCH-JB, HSLCH-OB) are technically advanced shielded cables. They are designed for operation in systems requiring high transmission reliability and compliance with strict halogen-free safety standards. The construction based on an HFFR outer sheath and effective shielding ensures optimal performance in demanding industrial environments.
Applications of HSLCH Cables
HSLCH 0.6/1 kV cables are intended for use in the following areas:
Power systems: designed for use in control, protection, and automation systems.
Power supply for machinery and equipment: used to supply electrical power to production lines and air-conditioning systems.
Various installation environments: suitable for installation inside buildings (dry and damp), outdoors, and directly in the ground.
Protection against interference (EMC): the overall shield protects the cable from external electromagnetic interference and prevents interference emissions to the surrounding environment.
Fire safety zones: used in locations where enhanced safety for people and property is required in the event of fire.
Key technical features and parameters
Fire safety:
The cables are halogen-free and flame-retardant (in accordance with PN-EN 60332-1-2). In the event of fire, smoke emission is very low, and the gases released are non-corrosive.
High flexibility and durability:
The special construction with Class 5 stranded conductors ensures high flexibility and strong mechanical durability.
Resistance to UV radiation and oils:
The black outer sheath material is resistant to UV radiation and provides good resistance to oils.
Operating temperature range:
The cables maintain their parameters at -40°C to +80°C for fixed installations and -5°C to +70°C for flexible applications.
Effective shielding:
The braided shield made of tinned copper wires ensures high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
