APPLICATION

Fire-resistant power cables (N)HXH FE180 PH90/E90 0.6/1 kV and (N)HXH-J FE180 PH90/E90 0.6/1 kV with halogen-free insulation and outer sheath.

They are recommended for installations where it is necessary to ensure the safety of people and equipment, particularly in fire protection systems.

These cables are dedicated to installations in buildings and facilities with increased fire safety requirements, where enhanced protection of people and valuable electronic equipment is essential (such as metro tunnels, hospitals, shopping centers, supermarkets, cinemas, theatres, stadiums, and other public buildings).

The cables maintain electrical circuit integrity for 90 minutes, ensuring the supply of electrical power to equipment essential during evacuation and firefighting operations (e.g., fire protection water pumps, smoke extraction fans, smoke dampers, emergency and evacuation lighting, and firefighter lifts).

The cables hold a Certificate of Conformity and a Certificate of Approval issued by the Scientific and Research Centre for Fire Protection – National Research Institute (CNBOP-PIB) in Józefów.

These cables must not be used in areas protected by fixed water fire-extinguishing systems (so-called sprinkler zones).

The cables do not propagate flame, produce very low smoke emissions, and the gases released are non-toxic and non-corrosive.

They are intended for permanent installation both inside and outside buildings.

The cable sheath is resistant to UV radiation.

With additional protection against water and moisture, the cables may also be installed in water and directly in the ground.
