We are pleased to announce that, pursuant to the resolution adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on June 10, 2025, the Management Board of Technokabel SA has been expanded.

The current composition of the Management Board is as follows:
• Marek Wajszczyk – President of the Management Board
• Andrzej Niemojewski – Member of the Management Board
• Jolanta Rybarkiewicz – Member of the Management Board
• Dariusz Pełka – Member of the Management Board

In addition, the position of proxy is held by:
• Radosław Kowalczyk – Proxy

The appointment of new members to the Management Board strengthens the corporate governance structure of Technokabel SA and supports the implementation of the company’s strategic objectives.
